Terms of Service & Booking Policy
Last updated: February 03, 2026
Nature of Service - Instant Booking
Instant Booking results in immediate ticket issuance once payment is successfully
completed
and fare is available.
- Prices are live and may change until the ticket is issued.
- Once issued, the booking is governed solely by airline fare rules.
- AIRSAVE acts only as a facilitation platform and does not control airline refund or
change
policies.
Refunds & Cancellation Rules
- After ticket issuance:
- Refunds, cancellations, and changes are subject only to airline fare rules.
- AIRSAVE does not guarantee refunds unless permitted by the airline.
- Airline penalties, fare differences, and service charges may apply.
- Booking, Handling & Support Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Instant FlexiPay – How It Works
- Instant FlexiPay is available only if the date of travel is within 10 days from the
booking
date. - The flight ticket will be issued only after full payment is completed.
- By choosing Instant FlexiPay, I agree to:
- Pay the upfront amount displayed at checkout, and
- Complete the remaining balance before the date of travel.
Balance Payment Obligations
- The remaining balance must be paid before the date of travel.
- No reminders will be sent.
- Failure to complete payment will be treated as Customer-Initiated Cancellation
(Non-
Completion of Payment) and no refund will be provided.
Refund & Cancellation Rules
- Once the ticket is issued:
- Refunds, cancellations, and changes are subject only to airline fare rules.
- AIRSAVE does not guarantee refunds unless permitted by the airline.
- Airline penalties, fare differences, and service charges may apply.
- Booking, Handling & Support Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Wallet Usage for Instant & Instant FlexiPay Bookings
- Wallet credits are applied automatically if eligible.
- Maximum wallet usage is ₹300 per passenger per booking (or available balance,
whichever is lower). - Wallet credits:
- Are non-cash and non-transferable
- Do not override airline refund rules
- If a refund is processed as per airline rules:
- Wallet credits used will be re-credited to the AIRSAVE Wallet, subject to policy.
Voluntary Conversion to Instant Booking (Customer-Requested)
The primary passenger understands that they may request conversion of their AIRSAVE
ADVANCE PREMIUM Reservation into an Instant Booking at any time before ticket issuance.
The primary passenger understands that such conversion is optional and will be initiated
only
upon my explicit request. The primary passenger understands that upon conversion:
- The primary passenger will be required to pay the prevailing market fare difference
and a
conversion fee of ₹349 + applicable GST. - Their booking will be treated as an Instant Booking after conversion.
- AIRSAVE ADVANCE PREMIUM refund protections and defined issuance outcomes will no
longer apply. - The primary passenger understands that once my booking is converted to the
Instant Ticket Model, it cannot be reverted to the AIRSAVE ADVANCE PREMIUM
Reservation Model under the same booking, and any return to the Advance
model will require a fresh booking. - The primary passenger understand that once converted and the ticket is issued,
all refunds, cancellations, and changes will be governed solely by airline fare
rules and AIRSAVE Instant Booking policies.
AIRSAVE Wallet Policy
AIRSAVE Wallet credits are closed-loop service credits. Wallet credits are service
credits
usable only for future bookings on the AIRSAVE platform. Wallet credits are not cash,
deposits, or savings.
Wallet Credits May Be Issued Due To
- Unable-to-Issue outcomes, or
- Promotional or goodwill credits issued by AIRSAVE.
Usage Rules
- Usable only on the AIRSAVE platform.
- Maximum ₹300 per passenger per booking (or available balance, whichever is lower).
- Applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
Order of Wallet Credit Utilization
When multiple types of wallet credits are available in a customer’s AIRSAVE Wallet, credits
will
be applied in the following order only:
- 1. Outcome-related wallet credits (including credits issued as part of
Unable-to-Issue
outcomes), and - 2. Promotional or goodwill wallet credits.
This order of utilization is system-defined and automatic and cannot be changed or
overridden by the customer.
Validity & Expiry
- Valid for 180 days from date of credit.
- Partial usage resets expiry to 180 days from first use.
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded.
Exceptional Wallet-to-Bank Settlement
- The AIRSAVE Wallet is not intended for cash withdrawal.
- In limited and exceptional cases, AIRSAVE may, at its sole discretion, offer a
one-time
goodwill bank settlement. - Both the goodwill wallet credit and the ₹300 goodwill fee refund are discretionary
and
may be modified or withdrawn at AIRSAVE’s sole discretion. - Bank settlement is an optional service provided on request and the facilitation fee
covers
processing and compliance costs. - Such settlement can be availed only if the wallet balance has not been used,
partially
or fully, at any point. - The request must be raised within 15 days of wallet credit issuance.
Applicable Facilitation Fee (if and when a discretionary wallet-to-bank settlement is
approved):
- For fares ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 → ₹499 + applicable GST will apply.
- For fares ₹7,500 – ₹9,500 → ₹649 + applicable GST will apply.
- For fares ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 → ₹799 + applicable GST will apply.
- Applicable slab is determined based on airline fare (base + tax) rounded down to
the
nearest configured fare band. - If the request is approved, the amount will be transferred within 7–10 business
days
from the date of approval. - This option is discretionary, not an entitlement or passenger right.
- Promotional or bonus wallet credits are never eligible for bank settlement.
- Once any wallet credit is used, even once, the wallet-to-bank settlement option
becomes permanently unavailable.
Nature of Booking – AIRSAVE Advance
- AIRSAVE Advance is an advance reservation service, not an instant flight ticket.
- Payment of the reservation amount (whether paid in full or via FlexiPay) does not guarantee ticket issuance.
- Ticket issuance is attempted later and is system-driven, strictly as per AIRSAVE program rules.
- If issued, the ticket will be issued on or before 21–24 days prior to the date of journey.
- If a ticket is not issued, refunds and/or wallet credits will be processed strictly as per the AIRSAVE Refund s Wallet Policy.
The Primary Passenger Responsibilities–Pay Booking in Full

- Booking handling & customer support fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Voluntary Cancellation by Passenger (After Ticket Issuance)
- No refund will be provided.
Non-Response to Mandatory Confirmation

Unable-to-Issue Outcome

Important Clarifications
- The goodwill wallet credit is a promotional service credit, not a refund, compensation, or cash equivalent.
- Wallet credits do not represent returned funds and do not alter the refund already processed.
- All wallet credits are closed-loop, non-transferable, non-cash, and governed strictly by the AIRSAVE Wallet Policy.
- Wallet credits cannot be used to claim losses, damages, or additional compensation.
Additional Layer – Market-Price Issuance Option (Conditional)
In certain Unable-to-Issue situations, AIRSAVE may, at its discretion, offer the passenger an optional alternative to proceed with ticket issuance at the prevailing market price. How This Works:
- The passenger will be notified that issuance under AIRSAVE Advance rules is not possible.
- The passenger may be offered an option to proceed with instant ticket issuance at market price.
- This option requires explicit passenger consent.
Response Window
- The primary passenger will be provided 72 hours to respond.
- Automated reminders will be sent approximately every 24 hours.
Outcomes
If the primary passenger Accepts
- Acceptance constitutes a new issuance instruction, independent of the AIRSAVE Advance program outcome.
- Any price difference will be communicated and must be paid for issuance to proceed.
- The ticket will be issued instantly at the prevailing market price after complete payment.
- Once issued, post-issuance rules apply, and no refunds will be available.
If the Primary Passenger Does Not Respond
- Non-response will be treated as passenger inaction.
- The booking will proceed under the Unable-to-Issue Outcome.
If the Primary Passenger Declines
- The booking will proceed under the Unable-to-Issue Outcome.
For FlexiPay bookings, the market-price issuance option will be offered only after full balance payment is completed.
General Clarifications
- Non-response is treated as passenger inaction, not cancellation by AIRSAVE.
- Once a booking lapses, it cannot be reinstated.
- All fees are charged for platform services and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
AIRSAVE Advance – Confirmations & Payment Process (FlexiPay)

- 72-hour response window with reminders every 24 hours.
Balance Payment (FlexiPay Only)
